Yes, I have a new website (again). Good lord, I have a problem and probably need to have my MacBook taken away from me. Have computer, will build website (or rebuild website), I suppose. That should be my motto. I guess, if I can’t move every 7 months like I did pre-asperger’s, then redesigning my website every few months is a close substitute.
In other news, I went over to the Clinton neighborhood of South East Portland this afternoon and met up with a lovely friend of mine who will be travelling to Europe for 3 weeks (lucky lady!) and wanted to have her cards read before embarking on her adventure. The weather was all over the place today (rain, sunshine, sleet, snow, rain, wind, sunshine), so we sat in a toasty little coffee shop, snacked on gluten-free pastries and downed copious amounts of coffee while catching up on the latest in each other’s lives. Michelle is a special friend with amazing energy and I really enjoyed reading her cards, which turned out to be a cooperative effort since she also is a tarot reader. After she returns from her European vacation (Holiday Ro-o-o-a-d!), I’m going to see if I can convince her to do a guest reading!

It takes team work to realize your dreams and achieve your goals. This is not a one man operation, but rather it will take the combined efforts of others (or another) to get where you want to go. If your goal is to have a happy and fulfilling family life, then the partnership needs to be harmonious to make that come to life. You will need to both be on the same page and making decisions together in order build your family and your financial situation.

In order to move forward, you will need to master the fine art of keeping your head clear through stormy times. Can you get through the difficult times with class and elegance? When you’ve learned how to achieve dignity during the hard times, then you will be ready to proceed to the next chapters in your life. But this is the lesson that you must first learn: patience, peace, calm, even when the boat is rocking so hard you just want to jump off the side (or throw up).

The next stage will be upheaval (ironic, no?). But the good kind of upheaval that will come with attaining what it is that you seek. You will have the foundation to now handle the next road of challenges that this new chapter will bring- and you will handle it so well that those around you will wonder, “How does she do it?”

You will have your family, you will have the solid financial foundation that you and your partner seek- but only if you pursue these dreams as a team, honoring each other’s concerns, feelings and wishes along the way. There may be what seem like delays in your travel, but these “speed bumps” are only the Universe’s way of saying that you still have more to learn before you can proceed to the next stage. You must build upon what you already know, and continue to grow and develop so that you can face the larger challenges that will come your way. If you do this with your partner and grow together, then the success of the “good life” can be yours.
